Farina de For\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml. Oli de Gira-sol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 gr. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 gr. Llevat Fresc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 culleradeta de caf\u00e8 de Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Per al Glassejat:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>100 grs. Sucre m\u00f2lt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cullerades soperes Aigua Tibia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dissoldrem el llevat fresc amb l&#039;aigua t\u00e8bia. Ho barrejarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tamisem la farina i la posem en un bol juntament amb el llevat, el sucre i l&#039;ou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comencem a amassar i quan la massa es desprengui de les parets del bol, hi afegirem l&#039;oli i la sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuarem pastant a m\u00e0 fins que tot estigui ben barrejat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la massa a la taula de treball i seguim pastant. Un cop pastat, farem una bola i la deixarem reposar tapada amb un drap durant 30 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traiem la massa del bol, l&#039;estirem una mica i fem porcions de 50 grs. cadascuna. Deixarem reposar durant uns 5 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb el corr\u00f3 estirem una porci\u00f3, donant-li una forma ovalada i enrotllem al llarg. Han de quedar com un canonet o neula.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els posarem en una safata per al forn amb paper de coure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem fermentar en un lloc tancat fins que dobleguin el volum. Nosaltres els hem tingut unes 3 hores de fermentaci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 250 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads i en posar-los al forn, el baixem a 200 \u00ba. Els coem durant uns 12 minuts aproximadament. Els hem tapat amb paper d&#039;alumini perqu\u00e8 s&#039;acabessin de coure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fem la gla\u00e7a amb 100 grs. de sucre m\u00f2lt i dues cullerades soperes d&#039;aigua t\u00e8bia. Ho posem en un bol petit i remenem fins que es barregi b\u00e9. Ha de quedar molt espessa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En sortir els fartons del forn, els pintem abundantment amb la gla\u00e7a i els deixem refredar.
