Gules<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Guindilla (Cayena)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 nou de Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formatge ratllat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Poseu una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva en una paella petita i salteu lleugerament les gambes. Salarem i retirarem de la paella. Separarem 6 cues de gambes senceres per a la decoraci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem una mica m\u00e9s d&#039;oli i afegirem els alls laminats i el bitxo trossejat. Cal fregir lentament els alls perqu\u00e8 l&#039;oli absorbeixi el sabor.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tot seguit afegirem les gules i les courem durant un parell de minuts amb el foc molt baix. Afegirem les gambes trossejades. Ho barrejarem tot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim una nou de mantega i els ous batuts amb sal i pebre. Amb una esp\u00e0tula remourem fins que quallin una mica els ous.
