Avui ho prepararem en copes de vidre tipus Martini individuals i aix\u00ed la presentaci\u00f3 queda molt m\u00e9s bonica. Formatge Mascarpone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>130 grs. Pa de pessic de Soletilla (Melindros)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 ml. Caf\u00e8<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Ron Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. Xocolata negra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cacau a Pols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un pessic de Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3 del tiramis\u00fa:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Separarem les clares dels rovells dels ous. Amb unes varetes el\u00e8ctriques muntarem les clares amb un pessic de sal a punt de neu. A mig muntar hi afegirem la meitat del sucre i acabarem de muntar les clares.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batem els rovells amb la resta del sucre. Han de quedar blanquinoses. Les hem batut durant uns 4 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem als rovells el formatge mascarpone en un parell de vegades. Ho batrem amb les varetes el\u00e8ctriques fins que quedi tot integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporarem les clares muntades amb moviments envoltants de baix a dalt procurant que no s&#039;abaixi la barreja. Ha de quedar totalment integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Barregem el caf\u00e8 amb el rom i el posarem en un dispensador. Trossejarem la xocolata posant-ho en una bossa de pl\u00e0stic i amb el pal del morter el copejarem i aix\u00ed aconseguirem trossets petitons.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem els pa de pessic de soletilla trossejats a la base de la copa i seguidament els banyarem amb el caf\u00e8 i el rom.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 posarem en una m\u00e0nega pastissera la barreja del tiramis\u00fa i farem una primera capa de tiramis\u00fa. A sobre hi posarem unes ensopegades de xocolata. A sobre una altra capa de bescuits de soletilla trossejats que tamb\u00e9 els banyarem una mica amb el caf\u00e8.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalment, una altra capa de tiramis\u00fa fins arribar a la vora de la copa.
