Avellanes torrades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ou per pintar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre m\u00f2lt\/glas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3 de la trena:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pelarem les avellanes i les posarem dins una bossa de pl\u00e0stic i amb l&#039;ajuda d&#039;una m\u00e0 de morter les piquem una mica. \u00c9s convenient que quedin a trossets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estendrem la placa de pasta de full amb el paper de coure al damunt de la safata del forn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mesurarem la placa i farem unes marques de dalt a baix perqu\u00e8 ens quedin despr\u00e9s tres parts iguals. Omplirem la part central estenent per sobre la Crema de Cacau, procurant no sortir de les marques, deixant un cent\u00edmetre tant per dalt com per sota sense cobrir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A sobre distribuirem una part de les avellanes trossejades. Farem uns talls longitudinals a la part central que no ha estat coberta per la crema d&#039;avellanes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Seguidament farem uns talls en diagonal a les dues parts de la pasta de full que no tenen xocolata. Els talls seran de la mida d&#039;un cent\u00edmetre aproximadament, partint de la marca de la xocolata cap a fora (vegeu el v\u00eddeo).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tancarem la part de dalt que t\u00e9 la xocolata i farem una trena creuant les tires i tapant la xocolata. Tancarem la trena tapant la part central de baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pintarem la trena amb l&#039;ou batut.
