Llenties Pardinyes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Arr\u00f2s<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cebes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Porro<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pastanaga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Patata<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Xori\u00e7o per cuinar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada sopera Pebre vermell dol\u00e7<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pastilla de brou de Carn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Llorer i Farigola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva i Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3 Llenties amb Arr\u00f2s i Verdures:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hem tingut en remull les llenties durant unes 2 hores. Les escorrem i rentem de nou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem aigua en una cassola i afegim les llenties escorregudes, una ceba sencera, el llorer i la farigola. Laigua ha de cobrir les llenties. Quan bulli laigua far\u00e0 una escuma que cal treure.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Espantarem les llenties afegint-hi m\u00e9s aigua freda. Aix\u00f2 es fa perqu\u00e8 no es trenquin les llenties i es coguin abans. Tapem les llenties i les coem durant uns 30 minuts, afegint-hi m\u00e9s aigua freda si cal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mentre bullen les llenties preparem el sofregit de les verdures. Tallarem a quadradets la pastanaga, la ceba i el porro. Els alls els tallarem a discos. Reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem oli d&#039;oliva en una paella i quan estigui calent hi afegim els alls. Donem unes voltes i posem de seguida la pastanaga, la ceba i el porro. Salem i sofregim tot juntament amb el foc baix durant uns 5 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim el xori\u00e7o tallat a discos i el fregim lleugerament pels dos costats. Afegim la cullerada de pebre vermell i remenem perqu\u00e8 es barregi tot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim l&#039;arr\u00f2s i hi donarem un parell de voltes perqu\u00e8 absorbeixi el sabor del sofregit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop passats els 30 minuts afegirem m\u00e9s aigua freda a les llenties i quan tornin a bullir afegirem el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de carn esmicolat, les verdures juntament amb l&#039;arr\u00f2s i el xori\u00e7o, i tamb\u00e9 la patata tallada a quadradets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comprovem de sal i ho coem tot junt amb el foc baix durant uns 20 minuts m\u00e9s.
