Pernil Serrano a dauets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba tendra gran<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a la Salsa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>70 ml. Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 ml. Brou de bullir les carxofes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preparem un bol amb aigua freda, un gla\u00e7\u00f3 de gel i unes branques de julivert que trepitjarem. Aix\u00f2 es fa perqu\u00e8 les carxofes quedin amb el color.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelem les carxofes. Nom\u00e9s ha de quedar el cor, \u00e9s a dir la part blanca. Les tallarem a quatre trossos i les dipositarem al bol amb l&#039;aigua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una cassola al foc amb aigua i quan comenci a bullir hi posarem les carxofes i un pessic de sal. Laigua ha de cobrir les carxofes i una mica m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bullim les carxofes durant uns 15 minuts aproximadament. Les escorrem i guardem el brou de la cocci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piquem els alls i tamb\u00e9 la ceba tendra. Posem una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva a una cassola i quan estigui calent afegim els alls, remenem i tot seguit posem la ceba.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ho escalfem amb el foc baix durant uns 3 minuts o fins que la ceba quedi transparent. Hi afegim el pernil a daus i ho cuinem tot junt un minut m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0En un got batedor hi posem 250 ml. de brou de bullir les carxofes, 70 ml. d&#039;oli, 8 trossets de carxofa bullida i el pebre. Batem fins que quedi una crema.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim la crema al sofregit. Remenem i afegim una mica m\u00e9s de brou si s&#039;espesseix massa. Quan torneu a bullir ho cuinem durant uns 2 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim les carxofes i sempre amb el foc baix cuinarem uns 3 minuts m\u00e9s.
