Rom negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All i julivert picats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Caiena, Guindilla o Aj\u00ed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brou de Peix o aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pessic de Sucre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3 dels Llagostins al Rom:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ratllem la ceba i reservem. Ratllem o triturem els tom\u00e0quets i afegim el pessic de sucre per treure acidesa al tom\u00e0quet. Remenem i reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una cassola gran al foc amb oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui ben calent hi posarem la ceba i salarem. Sofregim amb el foc baix durant uns 4 minuts aproximadament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan comenci a daurar-se la ceba hi afegim el tom\u00e0quet i el pebre negre. Remenarem i sofregirem amb el foc baix fins que quedi la salsa com si fos una melmelada. Reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella fregim lleugerament els llagostins pr\u00e8viament salats. Nom\u00e9s tornada i tornada i els posem a la cassola amb la salsa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escalfem la cassola i l&#039;apartem del foc ja que despr\u00e9s de posar el rom a la cassola ho flambejarem. L&#039;extractor de cuina o ventilador ha d&#039;estar apagat, ja que el foc el podria encendre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb el brou de peix apaguem el flamejat. Hi afegim l&#039;all i el julivert picats i la caiena. Remenem i tapem la cassola i coem amb el foc molt baix durant uns 10 minuts controlant que no es quedi sense salsa.
