Ametlla m\u00f2lta<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 Gemmes d&#039;Ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de 1 Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Canyella a Pols (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer la Crema de Yema:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 Rovell d&#039;Ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>90 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>5 grs. Maicena<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3 Torr\u00f3 de Yema Tostada:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Prepararem un alm\u00edvar posant l&#039;aigua i el sucre en un cass\u00f3 amb el foc baix i despr\u00e9s d&#039;uns 5 minuts aproximadament l&#039;alm\u00edvar quedar\u00e0 una mica dens i en caure des de la cullera far\u00e0 la forma d&#039;un filet. Deixarem temperar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem en un bol els rovells d&#039;ou, la canyella i la ratlladura de llimona. Remenem una mica i afegirem en un parell de vegades l&#039;ametlla m\u00f2lta. Amassarem amb una esp\u00e0tula perqu\u00e8 es vagin integrant els ingredients i les ametlles treguin tot l&#039;oli.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem l&#039;alm\u00edvar temperat a poc a poc i remourem perqu\u00e8 es barregi b\u00e9 amb el massap\u00e0. Continuarem pastant una mica m\u00e9s amb les mans. Traurem la massa del bol i pastarem prement b\u00e9 el massap\u00e0, donant-li la forma de barrot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallarem paper de forn i folrarem el motlle, deixant paper suficient per poder tapar despr\u00e9s tot el motlle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distribuirem el torr\u00f3 dins del motlle, procurant que arribi a tots els cantons. Apretarem b\u00e9. Taparem el torr\u00f3 amb el paper i hi posarem un pes a sobre perqu\u00e8 quedi ben compactat. Guardarem al frigor\u00edfic durant unes 24 hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepararem la crema de rovell posant en un cass\u00f3 la meitat de la llet, el sucre i la mantega. Quan comenci a bullir apagarem el foc. Deixarem temperar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batem el rovell d&#039;ou i desfarem la maizena amb la resta de la llet. Barregem-ho tot, no ens ha de quedar cap grumoll.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la crema a la llet que hav\u00edem bullit, remenant. Posarem la crema de nou al foc i remourem constantment fins que s&#039;espesseixi. El foc ha de ser molt baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traurem el torr\u00f3 del motlle i donem la volta.
