Avui ho prepararem amb Salm\u00f3 fresc que hem marinat durant 48 hores. \u00c9s molt f\u00e0cil de fer a casa i queda riqu\u00edssim. Sal gruixuda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 cullerades soperes d&#039;Anet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer el T\u00e0rtar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 Llom de Salm\u00f3 de 700 grs. sense espines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba tendra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>60 grs. Cogombrets a Vinagre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 grs. T\u00e0peres<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Culleradeta de Mostassa de Dijon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6 cullerades soperes d&#039;Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cullerades soperes de Salsa Perrins<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unes gotes de Salsa Tabasco<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suc d&#039;una llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cibulet i Anet fresc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>El salm\u00f3 si el comprem fresc s&#039;ha de congelar durant 48 hores com a m\u00ednim per prevenir l&#039;anisakis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem en un bol, el sucre, la sal i l&#039;anet. Barrejarem tot. En una safata de mida similar al llom de salm\u00f3 cobrirem el fons amb una bona capa del marinat. A sobre dipositarem el salm\u00f3 i el cobrirem totalment amb la resta del marinat. Taparem amb paper film i el guardarem al frigor\u00edfic durant 48 hores. Si deixeu anar aigua es treu l&#039;aigua i es torna a guardar a la nevera.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transcorregut aquest temps, traurem el marinat i rentarem el salm\u00f3 amb aigua freda. Ho assecarem amb paper absorbent de cuina per dalt i baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb un ganivet ben esmolat traurem la pell del salm\u00f3 i tamb\u00e9 la capa de sobre del salm\u00f3 ja que estar\u00e0 una mica m\u00e9s seca.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallarem el salm\u00f3 a tires d&#039;un 1 cent\u00edmetre aproximadament i despr\u00e9s a quadradets molt petits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Picarem molt petit\u00f3, la ceba, els cogombres i les t\u00e0peres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En bol gran hi posarem l&#039;oli, la salsa Perrins, la salsa mostassa, el suc de llimona, les gotes de Tabasco, una mica de sal i el pebre negre. Remenarem fins que estigui tot ben barrejat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem les t\u00e0peres, els cogombrets i tamb\u00e9 la ceba. Barrejarem tot. Afegirem el cibulet picat i l&#039;anet picat.
