Pebrots Vermells<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>9 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 culleradeta de Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 culleradeta de Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem aigua a la safata fonda del forn ia la reixeta del forn hi posarem els pebrots.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Els rostim al grill i quan quedi la pell negra, els anirem fent la volta perqu\u00e8 vagin coent per un igual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan surtin del forn, els posarem en una safata i els taparem amb paper film perqu\u00e8 es vagin estovant i s&#039;acabin de coure amb la calor que desprenen. Els deixarem refredar totalment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per treure la pell als pebrots, posarem aigua en un bol i ens anirem mullant les mans per treure&#039;ls la pell i les llavors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop nets i sense les llavors, els tallarem a tires al vostre gust.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallarem a discos els alls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem oli en una paella gran i tot seguit hi afegim els alls i els pebrots. Li donarem unes voltes perqu\u00e8 es barregin b\u00e9 els alls amb els pebrots.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la culleradeta de sucre i la sal. Ho remourem amb una cullera de fusta i ho deixarem coure a foc lent durant uns 15 minuts aproximadament.
