Unes postres de past\u00eds freda amb una fruita rica, deliciosa i molt refrescant. DI\u00c0METRE:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a la Base:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>200 grs. Galetes Digestive<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a la Mousse:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 ml. Nata per muntar 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Clares d&#039;ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 M\u00e0necs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 grs. Gelatina neutra en pols<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a la Gelatina de Mango:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 M\u00e0nec<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 Cullerades soperes d&#039;Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 grs. Gelatina neutra en pols<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Picarem les galetes i fondrem la mantega al microones. Barrejarem fins aconseguir una pasta homog\u00e8nia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Utilitzarem un c\u00e8rcol desmuntable que posarem sobre paper vegetal i cobrirem tota la base del past\u00eds amb la massa de galetes. La massa ha d&#039;arribar a totes les vores i l&#039;allisarem amb el fons d&#039;un got. Ho guardarem al frigor\u00edfic durant uns 30 minuts perqu\u00e8 la galeta quedi ben compactada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelarem i trossejarem els m\u00e0necs. Els batrem amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un cass\u00f3 posarem el batut de mango i el sucre. Remenarem i quan estigui ben calent apagarem el foc i afegirem la gelatina en pols, remenant amb un batedor manual fins que estigui totalment integrada. Deixarem refredar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per muntar la nata utilitzarem un bol que hem deixat al congelador durant uns 15 minuts perqu\u00e8 sigui m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil muntar la nata. Muntarem la nata amb unes varetes el\u00e8ctriques i gaireb\u00e9 al final hi afegirem una mica de sucre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Muntarem a punt de neu les clares d&#039;ou juntament amb una mica de sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan la barreja del m\u00e0nec estigui a temperatura ambient, l&#039;afegirem a poc a poc a la nata, amb moviments envoltants de baix a dalt, procurant que la nata no baixi gaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrarem tamb\u00e9 les clares a punt de neu, sempre amb moviments envoltants i perqu\u00e8 sigui m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil la seva integraci\u00f3 ho farem amb un batedor manual de varetes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abocarem la mousse sobre la base de les galetes, procurant no arribar fins a la part de dalt del c\u00e8rcol. Donarem uns copets al motlle per allisar la mousse i guardarem el past\u00eds al congelador o b\u00e9 al frigor\u00edfic. Si \u00e9s a la nevera ha d&#039;estar almenys unes 8 hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per preparar la gelatina de m\u00e0nec, pelarem i trossejarem un m\u00e0nec. Batem amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric el m\u00e0nec i l&#039;aigua. Posarem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb el batut de m\u00e0nec i afegirem el sucre. Quan estigui a punt de bullir apagarem el foc i hi afegirem la gelatina en pols. Remenarem fins que s&#039;integri totalment la gelatina. Ha de quedar a temperatura ambient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan el past\u00eds estigui ja quallat del tot hi posarem per sobre la gelatina de m\u00e0nec.
