Vedella a daus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 kg. Patates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 grs. Rovellons\/Rovellons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Tom\u00e0quets madurs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cebes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. P\u00e8sols congelats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml. An\u00eds Dol\u00e7 Marie Brizard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml. Ron Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 grs. Xocolata Negra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Llorer i Farigola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pastilla de Caldo de Carn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Dent d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tallarem a trossos les cebes i els tom\u00e0quets sense pell.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salpebrarem els daus de vedella per tots els costats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem oli d&#039;oliva a la cassola i quan estigui ben calent afegirem la carn. S&#039;ha de daurar per fora i aix\u00ed quedar\u00e0 segellada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 hi afegirem la ceba i el tom\u00e0quet i ho posarem amb el foc baix, remenant perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri tot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegirem l&#039;an\u00eds i el rom i deixarem que redueixi l&#039;alcohol. Afegirem la farigola, el llorer, la xocolata i la pastilla de brou de carn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem aigua bullint per estofar la carn. Taparem la cassola i courem amb el foc baix durant 30\/40 minuts aproximadament, fins que la carn estigui una mica tendra.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelarem i rentarem les patates. Les tallarem a daus amb un ganivet. Les hem d&#039;escalfar aix\u00f2 \u00e9s enfonsar el ganivet i arrossegar-lo per tallar. Aix\u00f2 es fa perqu\u00e8 en coure-les deixin anar el mid\u00f3 i aix\u00ed obtenir una salsa m\u00e9s espessa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorporarem les patates a la cassola, afegint-hi una mica m\u00e9s d&#039;aigua bullint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rentarem els bolets. Posarem una paella al foc amb una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent afegirem l&#039;all tallat a discos i abans que es dauri, hi afegirem els bolets. Remenarem una mica i saltejarem els bolets durant uns 4 minuts. Salpebrarem els bolets i remourem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Courem les patates durant uns 5 minuts. Controlarem que no falti brou per a la cocci\u00f3 i hi afegirem aigua, sempre bullint. Agregarem despr\u00e9s els bolets juntament amb el suc que hagin deixat anar.
