Carn m\u00f2lta de Porc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Dents d&#039;all i julivert picats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pa ratllat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farina per arrebossar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a la Salsa d&#039;Ametlles:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>100 grs. Ametlles crues<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Llesques de Pa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Gla\u00e7 de brou de Carn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fils de Safr\u00e0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem els ous en un bol juntament amb la sal, el pebre, el julivert i l&#039;all picat. Batrem tot com si fos per a una truita. Afegirem les carns m\u00f2ltes i barrejarem fins que quedi tot ben integrat. Afegirem el pa ratllat i barrejarem. Hi hem posat unes tres cullerades soperes de pa ratllat. La massa ha de quedar ben compactada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem unes boles que arrebossarem amb la farina. Han sortit unes 27 mandonguilles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fregim les mandonguilles en una paella amb oli d&#039;oliva. Han de quedar daurades per fora i crues per dins. Reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al mateix oli i amb el foc baix sofregim la ceba picada fins que quedi transparent i una mica daurada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella petita fregim les ametlles vigilant que no es cremin ja que amargarien la salsa. Fregim tamb\u00e9 els alls sencers i sense pell. Finalment fregim les llesques de pa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem en un recipient la ceba sofregida, els alls, el pa, les ametlles, el vi i un got daigua i batem amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passem la salsa a una cassola i afegim el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de carn, el safr\u00e0, el pebre negre i m\u00e9s aigua.
