Farina de for\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 grs. Farina normal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>170 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>120 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada sopera de Mel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 ml. Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 grs. Llevat fresc de Forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 grs. Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer l&#039;Escaldat:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 litres d&#039;aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Bicarbonat S\u00f2dic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per decorar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 Ou per pintar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal Mald\u00f3 (sal gruixuda)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem a la pastadora la llet, l&#039;aigua, la mel, l&#039;oli, la sal i la farina. Amassarem amb marxa lenta per fer el fresat durant uns 7 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim el llevat esmicolat i pastem durant uns 5 minuts m\u00e9s. En total 12 minuts. Es pot amassar a m\u00e0 sense cap problema.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem la massa a la taula de treball i pastarem una mica m\u00e9s a m\u00e0 fins aconseguir una massa ben fina i llisa. Donarem forma de bola a la massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem reposar la massa dins d&#039;un bol amb una mica de farina al fons, fins que dobli el volum. Taparem el bol amb paper film. Ha reposat durant una hora.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fem una mica de farina a la taula de treball i fem porcions de massa d&#039;un pes de 75 grams cadascuna. Fem una boleta agafant la massa i donem la volta empenyent la massa cap a dins i amb el bol de la m\u00e0 acabem de fer una bola, tal com es veu al v\u00eddeo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per donar la forma al pretzel estirem les boles amb les dues mans per donar-li una forma allargada deixant la part central una mica m\u00e9s gruixuda. Deixarem reposar un parell de minuts perqu\u00e8 ens sigui m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil estirar la massa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estirem la massa fins aconseguir que tingui uns 50 cent\u00edmetres de llarg.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fem una ferradura i muntem les puntes una a sobre de l&#039;altra. Donem una volta i passem les puntes a la part de dalt de la ferradura. Cal fixar-se b\u00e9 al v\u00eddeo per veure la manera de fer-ho.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem els bretzles en una safata amb paper vegetal per sobre. Tapem amb un drap de cuina i deixem reposar durant uns 30 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer l&#039;escalada posem en una cassola 2 litres d&#039;aigua i quan bulli afegim 50 grams de bicarbonat s\u00f2dic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 posem els bretzles d&#039;un en un a la cassola i de seguida donem la volta. Han d&#039;estar a l&#039;aigua uns 12 segons aproximadament. Aix\u00f2 es fa perqu\u00e8 un cop fornejats tinguin el color caracter\u00edstic dels bretzles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tenim preparada una safata per al forn amb paper vegetal i col\u00b7loquem els bretzles a mesura que els anem traient de la cassola.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pintem els bretzles amb ou batut. Amb un cuter fem un petit tall per sobre i empolvorem generosament amb sal gruixuda tipus mald\u00f3 per sobre dels bretzles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tenim preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem durant uns 10\/12 minuts al forn fins que veiem que estan ben daurats.
