De Jarrete de Vedella a daus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cebes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Tom\u00e0quets Madurs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 grs. Rovellons (Rovellons)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>24 Cebes petites<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farigola i Llorer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Dents d&#039;all i julivert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Gla\u00e7 de brou de Carn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada sopera de Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per confitar les cebetes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>100 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada de Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mantega<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Salpebrarem la carn i posarem una paella gran al foc amb oli d&#039;oliva i una mica de mantega. Quan estigui ben calent fregirem la carn per tots els costats. Ha de quedar segellada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al mateix oli sofregirem la ceba que hem picat molt petita amb el foc molt baix. Afegirem la sal i remourem. Cuinem la ceba durant uns 10 minuts aproximadament. Ha de quedar molt pochada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la cullerada de farina i remourem perqu\u00e8 es cogui la farina. Tot seguit afegirem el vi i deixarem que evapori l&#039;alcohol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem pelat i picat els tom\u00e0quets i els afegim a la salsa. Sofregiu-ho tot junt durant uns 10 minuts amb el foc molt baix. Remenarem la paella de tant en tant perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi. Ha de quedar el sofregit com si fos una melmelada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem el sofregit a una cassola gran. Afegim la carn i el suc que hagi deixat anar la carn. Afegirem l&#039;aigua que ha d&#039;estar bullint, el llorer, la farigola, el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de carn i el pebre negre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Taparem la cassola i cuinarem la carn amb el foc baix. Cal anar comprovant que no hi falti brou. Si cal afegiu-hi aigua per\u00f2 sempre molt calenta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transcorreguts uns 30 minuts, afegirem l&#039;all i el julivert ben picats i continuarem amb la cocci\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per confitar les cebetes posarem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb la mantega i quan estigui fosa afegirem la cullerada de sucre i despr\u00e9s les cebetes. Donarem unes voltes i hi afegirem una mica d&#039;aigua. Remenarem fins que les cebetes quedin una mica daurades. Reservem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saltegeu els bolets en una paella amb una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva. Afegim els alls picats i abans que es daurin afegim els bolets i els saltem lleugerament. Salem els bolets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Despr\u00e9s d&#039;una hora i 15 minuts de cocci\u00f3 hi afegim els bolets i les cebetes i ho coem tot junt durant uns deu minuts m\u00e9s. Ha de quedar la carn molt tendra.
