Oli de Gira-sol<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 sobre Llevat Qu\u00edmic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 culleradeta Canela Molida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alm\u00edvar per pintar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coco per cobrir el Pa de pessic<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ratllem les pastanagues el m\u00e9s fi possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem en un bol els 4 ous i el sucre i el batem amb unes varetes el\u00e8ctriques o un batedor manual.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batem fins que comencin a escumar els ous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim el coco ratllat, la pastanaga ratllada, la canyella en pols i l&#039;oli de gira-sol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuem batent perqu\u00e8 s&#039;hi integrin tots els ingredients.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tamisem la farina juntament amb el llevat en pols, i barrejarem amb la massa que ten\u00edem preparada. Farem moviments envoltants perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;abaixi la barreja.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem la massa del pa de pessic en un motlle rectangular que hem untat amb mantega.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 180 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix. Deixarem coure el pa de pessic durant uns 45 minuts aproximadament. Als 30 minuts cal controlar amb un escuradents perqu\u00e8 no ens quedi massa cuit, ni es torri gaire.
