Espinacs congelats<\/li><li>100 grs. Beicon<\/li><li>125 ml. Nata per cuinar (Crema de Llet)<\/li><li>2 Ous<\/li><li>50 grs. Mantega<\/li><li>50 grs. Formatge Parmes\u00e0 ratllat<\/li><li>Nou Moscada<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><li>Formatge ratllat per gratinar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer la Salsa Beixamel<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>75 grs. Mantega<\/li><li>60 grs. Farina<\/li><li>750 ml. Llet<\/li><li>Nou Moscada<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bullim els espinacs amb aigua i sal durant uns 6 minuts aproximadament. Escorrem i aixafem perqu\u00e8 deixin anar tota l&#039;aigua els espinacs.<\/li><li>Hidratem les plaques de canelons amb aigua calenta seguint les instruccions del fabricant de la pasta. Es poden utilitzar tamb\u00e9 canelons dels quals cal bullir.<\/li><li>Posem en un bol la nata per cuinar, els ous, el formatge parmes\u00e0, nou moscada, sal i pebre. Batem amb un batedor manual per barrejar-ho b\u00e9.<\/li><li>En una paella posem la mantega i quan estigui fosa fregirem el bac\u00f3. Afegirem els espinacs i els barrejarem b\u00e9 amb el bac\u00f3. Fregirem tot junt durant uns 5 minuts remenant perqu\u00e8 no es cremi<\/li><li>Agreguem la crema que ten\u00edem preparada. Barregem b\u00e9 i cuinem amb el foc baix durant uns 2 minuts. Reservarem en una plata fins que es refredi.<\/li><li>Posem uns draps de cuina a la taula de treball i assequem les plaques de canalons.<\/li><li>Posem els espinacs donant-li la forma com de croqueta damunt de cada placa. Les emboliquem i les posem en una safata resistent al forn untada amb uns trossets de mantega.<\/li><li>Per fer la salsa beixamel desfem la mantega en una paella. Quan estigui fosa la mantega apartem la paella del foc i afegim la farina. Amb la calor de la mantega es comen\u00e7a a coure la farina.<\/li><li>Afegim una mica de llet i remenem b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 s&#039;hi integri. Posem de nou la paella amb el foc baix i hi afegim la resta de la llet remenant perqu\u00e8 no quedi cap grumoll.<\/li><li>Afegirem la nou moscada, la sal i el pebre i seguim remenant tot el temps ja que es podria enganxar la salsa al fons de la paella.<\/li><li>Quan comencin a sortir bombolles ja tindrem la salsa preparada. Quan apaguem el foc sempre s&#039;espesseix una mica.<\/li><li>Cobrirem els canelons amb tota la salsa repartint-la b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 quedin ben coberts els canalons.<\/li><li>Posem el formatge emmental per sobre i gratinem els canalons al forn.
