Rossinyols (Rosi\u00f1ols)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>180 grs. Trompetes Grogues (Camagrocs)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>180 grs. Trompetes de la Mort<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. Rovellons (Rovellons)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. Botifarra negra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All i Julivert picats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Netegem b\u00e9 els bolets traient totes les impureses. Si tenen terra es poden rentar. Les escorrem i les reservem per separat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traiem la pell a la botifarra negra i la fregim amb una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva. La anem aixafant perqu\u00e8 quedi solta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reservem la botifarra o llonganissa en una cassola gran.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb el mateix oli fregim lleugerament els rovellons, donant-los la volta i salarem. Els incorporem a la cassola<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim una mica d&#039;oli i fregim els rossinyols. Aquests bolets deixaran anar una mica d&#039;aigua. Quan l&#039;aigua hagi evaporat afegirem la sal i retirarem del foc. El suc que ha quedat a la paella l&#039;afegim a la cassola.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem una mica d&#039;oli a la paella i fregirem tamb\u00e9 les altres dues classes de bolets per separat durant uns 2 minuts i afegir-los a la cassola.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remenarem perqu\u00e8 es barregin tots els bolets i la botifarra.
