Agrada tant a grans com als nens. Llet<\/li><li>75 grs. Xocolata Fondant 70% Cacau<\/li><li>60 grs. Sucre<\/li><li>3 Fulles de Gelatina neutra<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer la Salsa de Xocolata:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>225 ml. Llet<\/li><li>180 grs. Xocolata Fondant al 70% Cacau<\/li><li>60 grs. Mel<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Gerds per decorar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hidratem la gelatina en aigua freda durant uns 5 minuts.<\/li><li>En un cass\u00f3 posem la llet i el sucre i quan estigui ben calent apaguem el foc i hi afegim la gelatina ben escorreguda. Remenem amb un batedor manual perqu\u00e8 s&#039;hi integri.<\/li><li>Afegim la xocolata trossejada i amb el batedor manual l&#039;integrarem a la llet remenant fins que la xocolata quedi ben dissolta i integrada.<\/li><li>Quan la quallada estigui t\u00e8bia la passarem als recipients on la servirem. Omplirem els recipients unes tres quartes parts. Els guardarem al frigor\u00edfic durant unes 5 hores.<\/li><li>Preparem la salsa de xocolata posant al foc la llet i la mel que l&#039;hem fos una mica al microones. En comen\u00e7ar a bullir apaguem el foc i afegim la xocolata que hem triturat perqu\u00e8 es desfaci millor.
