Arr\u00f2s bomba<\/li><li>1 Llam\u00e0ntol de 600 grs.<\/li><li>4 Gambes<\/li><li>1 S\u00edpia<\/li><li>12 Clo\u00efsses grans<\/li><li>16 Musclos<\/li><li>1 Ceba<\/li><li>1 Pebrot verd<\/li><li>\u00bd Pebrot vermell<\/li><li>1 Tom\u00e0quet madur<\/li><li>4 Dents d&#039;All<\/li><li>All i Julivert picats<\/li><li>1,5 litres Fumet de Peix<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva i Sal<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Posem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb una mica d&#039;aigua, una dent d&#039;all, una fulla de llorer i els musclos nets. Taparem el cass\u00f3 i quan s&#039;obrin els musclos apagarem el foc. Escorrerem i guardarem el brou de la cocci\u00f3 que colarem per treure les impureses.<\/li><li>En una paella ben gran hi posarem un raig d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui ben calent posarem el llam\u00e0ntol trossejat i salat. S&#039;ha de fregir lleugerament pels dos costats comen\u00e7ant per la part carnosa. Reserveu-ho. Fregim tamb\u00e9 les gambes lleugerament.<\/li><li>A continuaci\u00f3 tirem les clo\u00efsses al mateix oli perqu\u00e8 s&#039;obrin. Les reservem a mesura que es vagin obrint.<\/li><li>Hi afegim una mica m\u00e9s d&#039;oli i sofregim la s\u00edpia trossejada petita. Reservem.<\/li><li>Al mateix oli afegim el pebrot vermell i el verd i sofregim amb el foc baix. Afegim a continuaci\u00f3 la ceba i els alls picats. Sofregim i quan estigui el sofregit ben tou afegirem el tom\u00e0quet picat i acabarem de sofregir. Ha de quedar com una melmelada. Afegirem la salsa de la s\u00edpia i remourem.<\/li><li>Afegim l&#039;arr\u00f2s i hi donem unes voltes perqu\u00e8 l&#039;arr\u00f2s vagi absorbint els sabors. Hi afegim el fumet de peix bullint i seguidament la s\u00edpia i l&#039;all i julivert picats. Remenem una mica.<\/li><li>Als 10 minuts de cocci\u00f3 hi afegim el llam\u00e0ntol, les gambes, els musclos i les clo\u00efsses.<\/li><li>La cocci\u00f3 de l&#039;arr\u00f2s dep\u00e8n del tipus d&#039;arr\u00f2s; cal seguir les instruccions del fabricant. Normalment solen ser entre 15 i 18 minuts.
