Espaguetis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 Anxoves a l&#039;Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>15 Olives negres<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>T\u00e0peres<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 grs. Salsa de Tom\u00e0quet fregit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Caiena o Guindilla<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alf\u00e0brega i Julivert picat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formatge Parmes\u00e0 ratllat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Piquem els alls. Piquem tamb\u00e9 la ceba. Tallem les olives negres sense os per la meitat i les anxoves a trossets petits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem oli d&#039;oliva en una paella gran i fonda i hi afegim els alls. Abans que es daurin afegim la ceba i sofregirem fins que quedi transparent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim les olives i els donem unes voltes. Afegim les anxoves i les t\u00e0peres i cuinem durant uns dos minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 hi afegim la caiena tallada per la meitat i la salsa de tom\u00e0quet. Afegim tamb\u00e9 l&#039;alf\u00e0brega. Remenarem i cuinem durant uns 5 minuts amb el foc molt baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem en una olla gran for\u00e7a aigua per bullir els espaguetis. Han de bullir de forma folgada. Quan l&#039;aigua bulli, hi tirem la sal i tot seguit els espaguetis. Quan torneu a bullir tireu una mica d&#039;oli a l&#039;olla (aix\u00f2 \u00e9s opcional) i bulliu la pasta seguint les instruccions del fabricant. Cal deixar-la al dente.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escorrem la pasta i refresquem els espaguetis amb abundant aigua freda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan la salsa estigui ben calenta afegirem els espaguetis i barrejarem b\u00e9. Els farem unes voltes i courem un parell de minuts m\u00e9s perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integrin b\u00e9 els sabors.
