Aquesta recepta ens la van ensenyar uns amics xilens i hem intentat fer-la tan semblant com sigui possible a la manera com la fan a la seva terra. Farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 ml. Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70 grs. Sucre m\u00f2lt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura d&#039;1 Taronja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 grs. Llevat qu\u00edmic<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Cullerada An\u00eds en gra (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Batem els ous en un bol i hi afegim l&#039;aigua, el sucre, la mantega a temperatura ambient, la ratlladura de taronja i l&#039;an\u00eds en gra. Ho remenem tot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Barregem el llevat qu\u00edmic amb la farina i l&#039;afegim al bol. Amassem amb una esp\u00e0tula fins que la massa comenci a desprendre&#039;s de les parets del bol, llavors pastarem amb les mans per acabar de lligar la massa. \u00c9s una massa for\u00e7a dura i costa treballar-la amb l&#039;esp\u00e0tula.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distribuirem una mica de farina a la taula de treball. Traurem la massa del bol i pastarem amb les mans i si costa d&#039;amassar la deixem reposar uns 5 minuts. No cal treballar-la gaire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Empolvorarem la massa amb farina i l&#039;allisarem amb un corr\u00f3. Cal anar fent farina perqu\u00e8 la massa no s&#039;enganxi i puguem treballar b\u00e9. Es pot deixar reposar 5 minuts de tant en tant per donar m\u00e9s elasticitat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb el corr\u00f3 li donarem una forma rectangular de mig cent\u00edmetre de gruix. Tallarem els sobrants amb un ganivet per donar-li la forma rectangular.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallarem la massa a quatre trossos al llarg i despr\u00e9s tallarem porcions rectangulars de 4 x 8 cent\u00edmetres aproximadament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fem un tall al centre i al llarg de cada porci\u00f3 i passem un extrem per dins del tall i despr\u00e9s l&#039;altre extrem. Queden semblants a un lla\u00e7.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem abundant oli d&#039;oliva en una paella fonda i quan l&#039;oli estigui molt calent fregim els cal\u00e7ons pels dos costats.
