Musclos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Porros<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Branca d&#039;Api<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>90 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml. Nata per cuinar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nou Moscada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pebre Negre i Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Full de Llorer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Rodaja gruixuda Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert picat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem en remull els musclos i d&#039;un en un i amb l&#039;ajuda d&#039;un fregall raspen totes les adher\u00e8ncies que porten els musclos. Els escorrem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rentem i tallem els porros a discos prims, nom\u00e9s aprofitem la part blanca i la branca d&#039;api la pelem i la piquem ben petita.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una cassola al foc amb un got d&#039;aigua i hi afegim el llorer, la llimona i els musclos. Tapem la cassola i quan s&#039;obrin els musclos apagarem el foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escorrem els musclos i guardarem el brou de bullir-los. Quan es refredin traurem una part de la petxina del musclo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cassola gran desfem la mantega i seguidament escalfem els porros i l&#039;api durant uns 5 minuts aproximadament amb el foc baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agreguem a continuaci\u00f3, el vi, la nata per cuinar, la nou moscada i el pebre. Courem amb el foc baix durant uns 15 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Despr\u00e9s afegirem una mica de brou de la cocci\u00f3 que abans haurem colat amb un colador de roba perqu\u00e8 traieu la resta d&#039;impureses que haguessin quedat. Comprovarem de sal ja que el brou sol quedar una mica salat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Courem uns 5 minuts m\u00e9s i afegirem els musclos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Donarem unes voltes als musclos perqu\u00e8 absorbeixin b\u00e9 la salsa.
