Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pell de Taronja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pell de Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Pal gran de Canyella<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rentem els pr\u00e9ssecs i els hem de treure l&#039;os. Per aix\u00f2 farem un tall al mig del pr\u00e9ssec procurant que el tall arribi fins a l&#039;os. Amb una m\u00e0 damunt de la part de dalt i l&#039;altra per la part de baix girarem una cap a la dreta i l&#039;altra cap a l&#039;esquerra movent fins aconseguir enlairar-se l&#039;os d&#039;una de les dues parts. Amb cura traurem l&#039;os amb la punta del ganivet.  Tamb\u00e9 es poden cuinar tallant a trossos els pr\u00e9ssecs. Pelarem els pr\u00e9ssecs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem en una olla el vi, la pell de la taronja, la pell de la llimona, el pal de canyella i el sucre. Quan bulli afegirem els pr\u00e9ssecs. Han de quedar coberts pel vi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coem els pr\u00e9ssecs amb el foc molt baix fins que quedin tous, aproximadament uns 25 minuts m\u00e9s o menys. Apagarem el foc i els deixarem refredar al mateix recipient.
