Tom\u00e0quets madurs vermells<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 cullerades petites de Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Formatge Mascarpone<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Alf\u00e0brega fresca<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva verge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fem una boletes petites amb el formatge mascarpone. N&#039;hem fet 5 per persona. Les congelem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparem un oli aromatitzat amb fulles d&#039;alf\u00e0brega fresca i oli d&#039;oliva verge. Amb una petita quantitat n&#039;hi ha prou. Es pot fer amb 100 ml. d&#039;oli. Amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric triturem i barregem l&#039;alf\u00e0brega amb l&#039;oli. \u00c9s convenient deixar-ho en maceraci\u00f3 un dia abans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renteu i peleu els tom\u00e0quets. Si deixen anar molta aigua la traiem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cal fer servir tom\u00e0quets que tinguin poques llavors. Amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric triturem i batem els tom\u00e0quets. Ha de quedar molt batut.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim el sucre, la sal i el pebre negre. Ho remourem b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Colem el tom\u00e0quet en un colador xin\u00e8s perqu\u00e8 despr\u00e9s ens quedi una sopa molt fina.
