Albercocs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>400 ml. Llet evaporada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Clares d&#039;ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0100 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Fulles de gelatina neutra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Menta per adornar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rentem i pelem els albercocs. Els tallem a trossos petits. Piquem amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric els albercocs juntament amb una mica de sucre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hidratem les fulles de gelatina dins un bol amb aigua durant uns cinc minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem un cass\u00f3 al foc i afegim els albercocs i quan comenci a bullir apaguem el foc i afegim la gelatina que pr\u00e8viament hem escorregut. Remenem fins que la gelatina quedi ben integrada. Deixarem entebeir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batem amb unes varetes les clares amb una espurna de sal, fins a aconseguir un punt de neu. Abans d&#039;acabar de batre hi afegim la resta del sucre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batem tamb\u00e9 amb les varetes la llet evaporada fins que quedi ben muntada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim els albercocs i barregem amb moviments envoltants de baix a dalt fins que quedi ben integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 afegirem a poc a poc les clares muntades, sempre amb moviments envoltants fins a aconseguir una textura homog\u00e8nia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distribuirem la mousse en recipients de vidre i adornarem amb unes branquetes de menta. Posarem els gotets de mousse al frigor\u00edfic durant unes 4 hores com a m\u00ednim perqu\u00e8 quedi quallada la gelatina.
