Aquest plat \u00e9s molt f\u00e0cil de cuinar a casa i segur que agradar\u00e0 a tothom, especialment als nens que solen gaudir del pollastre. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Gla\u00e7 de Caldo de Carn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fils de Safr\u00e0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem en un cass\u00f3 l&#039;aigua i els ous. Ho bullim durant 10 minuts a comptar des que comenci a bullir l&#039;aigua. Els refresquem amb aigua freda.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Piquem la ceba i els alls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salpebrem el pollastre i quan l&#039;oli estigui ben calent fregirem pels dos costats les llesques de pa i el pollastre tallat a trossos no gaire grans. Reservarem les llesques de pa i el pollastre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer la picada o picada posem al morter el pa fregit. Aixafarem, afegim les ametlles i piquem. Agreguem nom\u00e9s els rovells dels ous i tamb\u00e9 els fils de safr\u00e0. Ho piquem tot amb el pal del morter fins que quedi una pasta fina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al mateix oli de la cassola posarem els alls i seguidament la ceba picada. Mourem i amb el foc molt baix sofregirem durant uns 7 minuts fins que quedi una mica dauradeta la ceba.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem a la cassola el pollastre i tot seguit el vi. Quan hagi redu\u00eft l&#039;alcohol afegirem la picada. Donarem unes voltes i hi afegirem aigua bullint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remenarem i afegim el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de carn. Taparem la cassola i courem amb el foc baix durant uns 30 minuts o fins que el pollastre quedi ben tendre. Si espessa la salsa hi afegim aigua, sempre calenta i comprovem de sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalment tallem les clares dels ous a quadradets i les afegim al guisat.
