Si us animeu a fer-la a casa, veureu que \u00e9s una recepta molt f\u00e0cil de fer i la tindreu preparada en molt poc temps. Llet<\/li><li>250 grs. Nata per Muntar<\/li><li>150 grs. Sucre<\/li><li>150 grs Pinyons<\/li><li>20 grs. Maizena (farina de blat de moro)<\/li><li>3 cullerades soperes Melmelada de Pr\u00e9ssec<\/li><li>3 cullerades soperes Aigua<\/li><li>1 cullerada sopera Aigua Azahar <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"> Elaboraci\u00f3<strong>:<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Untarem el motlle rod\u00f3 de 23 cm. amb mantega perqu\u00e8 no s&#039;enganxi la massa fallta.<\/li><li>Doblegarem la massa per la meitat i tornarem a doblegar-la per poder posar-la m\u00e9s f\u00e0cilment al motlle.<\/li><li>Premem la massa perqu\u00e8 no faci bombolles tenint molta cura que arribi a totes les vores de la massa.<\/li><li>Amb un ganivet tallarem el sobrant de massa.<\/li><li>Posarem en un bol els 3 ous i el sucre i el batrem amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric.<\/li><li>Afegirem l&#039;aigua de tarongina, la maizena, la llet i la nata per muntar i continuarem batent fins que quedi ben batut.<\/li><li>Hi afegirem uns 50 grs. de pinyons al farciment.<\/li><li>A continuaci\u00f3 omplirem el motlle amb el farcit, tenint molta cura ja que est\u00e0 molt l\u00edquid, per\u00f2 amb la maizena espessar\u00e0 al forn.<\/li><li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 190 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads i deixarem coure durant uns 40\/45 minuts. Quan vegem que es comen\u00e7a a daurar per sobre, taparem el past\u00eds amb paper d&#039;alumini vigilant que el paper no toqui el past\u00eds ja que es podria enganxar.<\/li><li>Deixarem refredar el past\u00eds.<\/li><li>Torrarem lleugerament els pinyons al forn, donant-los voltes perqu\u00e8 no es cremin.<\/li><li>Barregeu l&#039;aigua i la melmelada fins a aconseguir una mena d&#039;alm\u00edvar.<\/li><li>Cobrirem el past\u00eds amb la resta dels pinyons i pintarem la superf\u00edcie amb la melmelada dilu\u00efda per donar brillantor al past\u00eds.<\/li><li>Desemmotllarem amb molt de compte. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Us aconsello que veieu el v\u00eddeo de la <\/strong>Past\u00eds de Pinyons<strong>per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Esta es una riqu\u00edsima Tarta de Pi\u00f1ones que la preparamos con la masa quebrada.
