Prepara aquest riqu\u00edssim Bud\u00edn de Pa, una recepta que aprofita aquests trossos de pa que ja porten un parell de dies al teu rebost. Aquestes postres, similars a un flam, s&#039;elabora amb ingredients simples com ous, llet i sucre, cuinant-se al Bany Maria en un motlle rectangular. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>8 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Branca de Canyella<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pell de Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 grs. Panses de Corint (opcional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 grs. Rom Negre (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per caramel\u00b7litzar el Sucre:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>12 cullerades soperes d&#039;Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>unes gotes de Llimona<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb la llet, la canyella i la pell de llimona. Quan arrenca el bull apaguem el foc i colem la llet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traiem l&#039;escor\u00e7a al pa i tallem la molla a quadrats. Afegim el pa a la llet que encara est\u00e0 calent i ho deixem una estoneta en remull fins que el pa hagi xopat b\u00e9 la llet.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fem el caramel l\u00edquid posant un cass\u00f3 al foc amb el sucre, l&#039;aigua i un rajol\u00ed de llimona. Amb el foc baix esperarem que el sucre tingui el color del caramel.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distribu\u00efm el caramel pel fons del motlle i ho movem b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 arribi tamb\u00e9 una mica als costats del motlle.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un bol gran hi posem els ous i el sucre i amb un batedor manual el batem una mica. Afegim la mantega que hem fos una mica al microones. Afegim tamb\u00e9 la barreja de la llet i el pa.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batem tot amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escorrerem les panses de Corint que pr\u00e8viament hem deixat en remull amb el rom durant uns 30 minuts. Les afegirem al bud\u00ed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passarem la barreja als motlles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anteriorment hem posat un recipient apte per al forn amb aigua calenta per poder coure el bud\u00ed al bany maria i quan l&#039;aigua comenci a bullir posarem els motlles al forn i els courem a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per\u00f2 nom\u00e9s amb el forn enc\u00e8s per la part de baix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Han estat 50 minuts coent al forn. Dep\u00e8n de cada forn cal controlar que estiguin cuits introduint un escuradents i quan surti gaireb\u00e9 sec \u00e9s que ja est\u00e0 llest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem refredar i despr\u00e9s el guardarem al frigor\u00edfic tapat almenys durant unes 6 hores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per desemmotllar-lo enlairem una mica les parets passant la punta del ganivet per tots els costats i donem la volta al bud\u00ed amb l&#039;ajuda d&#039;una plata de servir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Us aconsello que veieu el nostre v\u00eddeo de Budin de Pa per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfTienes pan sobrante en casa?
