Nosaltres l&#039;hem preparada amb el Pollastre que ens havia quedat del dia anterior i aix\u00ed hem fet una recepta d&#039;aprofitament. Formatge Parmes\u00e0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pa de molla per als Picatostes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tom\u00e0quets Cherry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a la Salsa C\u00e8sar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 grs. Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ou<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Filets d&#039;Anxoves<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 dent d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suc de llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada sopera Salsa Anglesa Perrins<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada Mostassa de Dijon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preparem la salsa posant en un got batedor l&#039;oli, l&#039;ou, l&#039;all tallat a qu\u00e8 hem tret el germen que hi ha al centre, les anxoves, la cullerada de salsa anglesa perrins, la culleradeta de mostassa, la sal i pebre i el rajol\u00ed de llimona.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batem amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric fins que la salsa quedi lligada. No ha de quedar gaire espessa. Si se&#039;ns espessa li podem afegir m\u00e9s suc de llimona.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traurem l&#039;escor\u00e7a al pa i tallem a quadradets la molla. Fregirem el pa pels dos costats. Ha de quedar dauradet per\u00f2 no cremat. Ho reservarem damunt de paper absorbent perqu\u00e8 deixi anar l&#039;exc\u00e9s d&#039;oli.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fregim el pollastre sense pinyol i sense pell i el tallem en quadradets un cop s&#039;hagi refredat. Si aprofitem pollastre que ja ten\u00edem fet ho esmicolarem tamb\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Renteu i escorreu b\u00e9 l&#039;enciam que tallarem al nostre gust, m\u00e9s aviat petit. Partim per la meitat els tom\u00e0quets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al fons d&#039;un plat fondo gran o enciamera posarem l&#039;enciam, despr\u00e9s el pollastre trossejat, el formatge parmes\u00e0 a lescas, els crostons de pa i els tom\u00e0quets cherry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la salsa a un dispensador i la distribuirem per sobre de l&#039;amanida.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Us aconsello que veieu el nostre v\u00eddeo d&#039;Amanida C\u00e9sar de Pollastre per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ensalada C\u00e9sar de Pollo una ensalada muy completa: con Pollo, Queso, Picatostes de Pan y Lechuga y va aderezada con la conocida Salsa C\u00e9sar que le da un toque especial.
