Fregim les cuixes de pollastre per les dues bandes en una cassola amb oli d&#039;oliva ben calent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim la ceba i els tom\u00e0quets trossejats i les pastanagues tallades a discos. Sofregiu-ho tot junt fins que la ceba i el tom\u00e0quet es vagin daurant i aix\u00ed s&#039;anir\u00e0 rostint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 abaixem el foc i afegim el rom.
