Aigua<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada sopera de Vainilla l\u00edquida<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">&nbsp;ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pelem 3 pl\u00e0tans a rodanxes i els ruixem amb el suc de la llimona i una mica del sucre. Reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hidratem les fulles de gelatina amb aigua durant uns 5 minuts. Posem l&#039;aigua i la resta del sucre en un cass\u00f3 i quan comenci a bullir introdu\u00efm les fulles de gelatina ben escorregudes. Remenem b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 es dissolgui la gelatina i apaguem el foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric triturem els pl\u00e0tans juntament amb una cullerada sopera de vainilla l\u00edquida i hi afegim el xarop amb la gelatina, quan s&#039;hagi refredat. Barrejarem tot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Muntem la nata amb unes varetes. Les clares d&#039;ou les muntem a punt de neu amb una mica de sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan estiguin les clares a punt de neu afegirem la nata amb moviments envoltants de baix a dalt perqu\u00e8 no baixi la nata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem a continuaci\u00f3 i tamb\u00e9 amb moviments envoltants el batut dels pl\u00e0tans a poc a poc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem la barreja en un motlle rod\u00f3 de 18 cm. de di\u00e0metre i l&#039;allisarem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La deixarem al congelador almenys durant unes dues o tres hores.
