Espaguetis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 kg Clo\u00efsses o Xirles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 grs. Tom\u00e0quets madurs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Guindilla o Caiena<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert picat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pessic de sucre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Poseu en remull les clo\u00efsses durant una hora en un bol amb sal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelem i piquem ben petitets els alls. Ratllem els tom\u00e0quets ben madurs i hi afegim un pessic de sucre per treure l&#039;acidesa del tom\u00e0quet. Remenem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem escorregut les clo\u00efsses i les hem rentat de nou.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem en una cassola les clo\u00efsses i el vi blanc. Remenem i tapem. A mesura que s&#039;obrin les retirem del foc i ho reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escorrem el brou de bullir les clo\u00efsses amb un colador de roba per retirar qualsevol impuresa que hagi quedat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poseu oli d&#039;oliva en una paella i afegiu-hi la meitat dels alls picats. Remenarem i abans que es daurin els alls afegirem els tom\u00e0quets. Fregirem la salsa amb el foc alt durant uns 8 minuts aproximadament. Comprovarem de sal i afegirem julivert picat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem una part del brou de bullir les clo\u00efsses i barrejarem b\u00e9. Courem durant un parell de minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem una olla gran al foc amb aigua abundant i quan bulli afegim la sal ia continuaci\u00f3 els espaguetis. Jo afegeixo una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva (\u00e9s opcional) i bullim els espaguetis al dente segons les instruccions del fabricant de la pasta. Escorrem la pasta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una paella ben fonda hi posarem una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i hi afegirem la resta dels alls picats i la caiena tallada per la meitat. Abans que els alls es daurin afegirem els espaguetis i ho barrejarem b\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 afegirem la salsa de tom\u00e0quet i remourem perqu\u00e8 quedi ben integrat. Afegirem una mica de brou i el julivert picat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalment afegim les clo\u00efsses a qu\u00e8 hem tret una part de la closca i ho barrejarem b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 s&#039;integri tot i absorbeixi b\u00e9 els sabors.
