(aprox)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cebes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Tom\u00e0quets madurs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Patates grans<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Farem una picada o picada amb els alls que pr\u00e8viament hem pelat i tret el germen central perqu\u00e8 no repeteixi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aixafem els alls amb la m\u00e0 de morter i una mica de sal. Tallem el julivert petit\u00f3 i ho aixafarem amb els alls. Ha de quedar ben picat. Salpebreu i afegiu l&#039;oli d&#039;oliva a poc a poc, aproximadament entre 100 i 125 grams i l&#039;anirem integrant als alls.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelem les patates i les tallem a discos de mig cent\u00edmetre aproximadament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fregim lleugerament les patates pels dos costats amb l&#039;oli d&#039;oliva. Reservem sobre paper absorbent de cuina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 fregim amb el foc sota les cebes tallades a discos. Reservem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una safata per anar al forn pintarem la base de la safata amb una mica de la picada ia sobre les patates cobrint tota la base. Salpebrarem les patates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A sobre distribuirem la ceba i sobre la ceba posarem els tom\u00e0quets tallats a discos. Salpebrarem i ruixarem amb el vi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb una cullera repartirem una part de la picada per sobre dels tom\u00e0quets i la ceba.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salarem pels dos costats les supremes de llu\u00e7 sense espines i les afegirem a la plata. Acabarem de posar la picada sobre el llu\u00e7.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i enfornem durant uns 20 minuts aproximadament. De tant en tant reguem el llu\u00e7 amb el suc de la font.
