Vedella per guisar a daus<\/li><li>1 kg. Carxofes<\/li><li>150 grs. P\u00e8sols congelats<\/li><li>1 Pastanaga gran<\/li><li>1 Ceba gran<\/li><li>3 Dents d&#039;All<\/li><li>150 grs. Salsa de Tom\u00e0quet fregit<\/li><li>150 ml. Vi Blanc<\/li><li>1 Gla\u00e7 de brou de Carn<\/li><li>Farigola, Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Farina per enfarinar<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pelem i piquem la ceba ben petiteta i tamb\u00e9 els alls. Tallem la pastanaga a discos. Ho reservem tot.<\/li><li>Salpebrem la carn i l&#039;enfarinem dins d&#039;un bol, remenant b\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 la farina es reparteixi per tots els trossos de la carn.<\/li><li>Posem oli d&#039;oliva en una cassola gran i quan estigui ben calent hi afegirem la carn i la fregirem r\u00e0pidament perqu\u00e8 quedi segellada. Reservarem.<\/li><li>Al mateix oli i amb el foc baix hi posarem els alls picats. Farem un parell de voltes i afegirem la ceba picada i una mica de sal. Sofregirem amb el foc baix durant uns 6 minuts aproximadament.<\/li><li>Abocarem el vi i quan hagi evaporat l&#039;alcohol hi afegirem la salsa de tom\u00e0quet. Remenarem i afegirem la carn, la pastanaga, la farigola i el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de carn.<\/li><li>A continuaci\u00f3 hi afegirem aigua bullint que cobreixi tota la carn i cuinarem a foc lent amb la cassola tapada. Cal vigilar que no falti brou. Si cal afegirem aigua calenta.<\/li><li>&nbsp;Pelarem les carxofes traient tots els fulls verds nom\u00e9s ha de quedar el cor tal com es veu al v\u00eddeo. Farem quatre trossos de cada carxofa.  A mesura que les tallem les dipositarem en un bol amb aigua molt freda i una mica de julivert trepitjat. Aix\u00f2 es fa perqu\u00e8 les carxofes no quedin negres mentre les anem pelant.<\/li><li>Un cop transcorreguts 30 minuts afegirem les carxofes i cuinarem durant uns 20 minuts m\u00e9s aproximadament. Ha de quedar la carn tendra. Si \u00e9s necessari es pot cuinar una mica m\u00e9s afegint-hi aigua bullint en cas que li falti brou.<\/li><li>Finalment afegirem els p\u00e8sols congelats i courem tot junt uns 8 minuts m\u00e9s.
