Els Cal\u00e7ots es fan rostits amb llenya i flama, guardarem uns quants d&#039;aquests cal\u00e7ots ja rostits per arrebossar-los amb farina i ou. Queden molt saborosos. Farina<\/li><li>125 ml. Aigua freda<\/li><li>1 Ou<\/li><li>Sal<\/li><li>Oli per fregir<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per a la Salsa Cal\u00e7ots:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>250 ml. Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>50 grs. Ametlles torrades<\/li><li>15 grs. Avellanes torrades<\/li><li>1 galeta Maria<\/li><li>1 Tom\u00e0quet madur<\/li><li>Mitja cap d&#039;alls<\/li><li>1 dent d&#039;All petit<\/li><li>1 \u00d1ora (Pement Xoricero)<\/li><li>1 cullerada sopera de Vinagre de vi<\/li><li>Sal<\/li><li>Una mica daigua<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hem rostit els cal\u00e7ots. Un cop ben freds els pelarem i tallarem. Nom\u00e9s cal desar la part blanca.<\/li><li>En un bol hi posarem l&#039;ou que batrem una mica, la farina, l&#039;aigua i la sal.
