Xocolata per fondre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer la T\u00f2fona:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 ml. Nata per muntar al 35% de mat\u00e8ria grassa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 grs. Formatge Crem\u00f3s tipus Philadelphia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 grs. Cacau pur en pols<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer la Glasa:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>100 grs. Sucre m\u00f2lt<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unes gotes d&#039;aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>En una safata plana que pugui anar al forn estenem amb el paper de coure una placa de pasta de full. Empolvorem per sobre abundant sucre en gra. Tapem la massa amb paper de coure. Donem la volta a la massa de pasta de full, si \u00e9s possible amb una altra safata de forn per sobre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traiem el paper de coure i ensucrem abundantment tota la placa de pasta de full. Amb un corr\u00f3 estirem i aixafem una mica el sucre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallem la placa a porcions d&#039;uns 8 x 12 cent\u00edmetres. De cada placa surten 8 porcions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Punxem amb una forquilla totes les porcions. Hem preescalfat el forn a 190 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads i enfornem durant uns 12 minuts, fins que es daurin per sobre. Si dins del forn s&#039;inflen es poden punxar amb la forquilla ja que ens interessa que quedin ben planes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fem la mateixa operaci\u00f3 amb l&#039;altra placa de pasta de full.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per muntar la nata hem posat un bol al congelador durant uns 10 minuts. Afegim a la nata el formatge crem\u00f3s i la muntem amb unes varetes el\u00e8ctriques. Ha de quedar molt ferm. Abans d&#039;acabar de muntar hi afegim el sucre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop muntada la nata afegim el cacau en pols. Ho farem en diverses vegades i amb moviments envoltants, procurant no abaixar la nata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer la gla\u00e7a posem el sucre m\u00f2lt en un recipient i, a poc a poc, hi afegim l&#039;aigua. Anem remenant fins a aconseguir una pasta. Unes 4\/5 culleradetes \u00e9s suficient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Impregnem 5 porcions amb la gla\u00e7a, nom\u00e9s per una cara i deixem que s&#039;assequi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fondem una mica de xocolata al microones i amb un dispensador de filtre fi farem unes ratlles damunt les nostres mil fulles i amb un escuradents utilitzat de forma transversal quedar\u00e0 un dibuix molt bonic.(veure el v\u00eddeo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem la t\u00f2fona en una m\u00e0niga pastissera amb un filtre arrissat. Posem una base de pasta de full ia sobre la t\u00f2fona donant-li una forma com de boletes. Una altra capa de pasta de full i t\u00f2fona.
