Una recepta elaborada amb Mongetes o Mongetes Blanques d&#039;un tipus anomenat Fesols de Santa Pau. Aquestes Mongetes s\u00f3n d&#039;una mida m\u00e9s petita que l&#039;habitual per\u00f2 es poden preparar amb qualsevol tipus de Mongetes. Mongetes\/Molves\/Fesols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>300 grs. Botifarra crua\/ Llonganissa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 grs. Bolets<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ceba petita<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Full de Llorer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert picat<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deixem en remull les mongetes durant 8 hores com a m\u00ednim. Les escorrem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cassola posem les mongetes, la ceba i la fulla de llorer i cobrirem les mongetes amb aigua a poder ser mineral. Han de quedar cobertes d&#039;aigua i uns 2 cent\u00edmetres m\u00e9s per sobre de les mongetes. Quan comenci a bullir l&#039;aigua espumarem amb molt de compte. Baixarem el foc i taparem la cassola.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al cap d&#039;uns 10 minuts afegirem una mica m\u00e9s d&#039;aigua freda i vigilarem que no falti brou per a la cocci\u00f3, per\u00f2 sempre comprovant que hi hagi aquests 2 cent\u00edmetres de m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transcorreguts uns 50 minuts de cocci\u00f3 hi afegirem la sal. No cal posar-la mai al principi ja que s&#039;enduririen les mongetes en coure-les. Remenarem per\u00f2 sempre amb cullera de fusta perqu\u00e8 no es trenquin les mongetes. Comprovem si ja s\u00f3n tendres i les cuinem durant uns 10 minuts m\u00e9s aproximadament. Les deixem tapades a la cassola amb el foc apagat durant uns 30 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escorrem les mongetes i guardem el brou per si cal afegir despr\u00e9s a les mongetes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb un ganivet traiem la pell de les botifarres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem oli d&#039;oliva en una cassola o paella gran i abans que estigui molt calent afegirem la meitat dels alls picats ia continuaci\u00f3 les botifarres esparracades, \u00e9s a dir sense pell. Amb una forquilla aixafarem la carn de les botifarres i se&#039;ns anir\u00e0 separant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem els bolets i els sofregirem juntament amb les botifarres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tot seguit afegirem els fesols i ho remenarem tot amb la cullera de fusta. Afegirem la resta d&#039;alls picats i el julivert picat. Cuinarem tot junt durant uns dos minuts m\u00e9s fent-hi unes voltes perqu\u00e8 quedi tot ben barrejat.
