Farina de For\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 grs. Llevat de Forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80 grs. Aigua Temperada (NO freda)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>PER A LA COCA:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>500 grs. Farina de For\u00e7a<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 grs. <a href=\"https:\/\/elfornerdealella.com\/ca\/cabell-angel\/\">Cabell d&#039;\u00c0ngel<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>90 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>90 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 ml. Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 Ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>20 grs. Llevat de Forner<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>10 grs. Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura d&#039;una Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pinyons o Ametlles Filatejades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cireres Confitades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An\u00eds Marie Brizard (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Per fer la massa mare, posarem la farina en un bol juntament amb el llevat esmicolat i l&#039;aigua t\u00e8bia. Ho barrejarem b\u00e9 i pastarem una mica amb les mans. Deixarem reposar la massa tapada amb un drap fins que dobli el volum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Un cop fermentada la massa mare, la trossejarem i la posarem en un bol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Afegirem la farina tamisada, els ous, el sucre, els ous, la ratlladura de la llimona, la llet, la sal i la mantega a temperatura ambient.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Amassarem a m\u00e0 amb una esp\u00e0tula, integrant tots els ingredients fins aconseguir que quedi tot ben integrat i la massa es desprengui de les parets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Traurem la massa del bol i la posarem damunt la taula de treball i continuarem pastant aixecant la massa perqu\u00e8 s&#039;airegi. Deixarem reposar durant uns 7\/8 tapada amb el bol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Tornarem a amassar fent la mateixa operaci\u00f3, aixecant la massa per donar-li aire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Posarem el llevat esmicolat i afegirem una mica de llet per desfer millor el llevat. Continuarem pastant una mica m\u00e9s. Deixarem reposar 5 minuts m\u00e9s tapada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> La massa va agafant elasticitat i seguirem pastant una mica m\u00e9s (veure el v\u00eddeo)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Dividirem la massa en dos trossos iguals<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Posarem una mica d&#039;oli a la taula de treball i farem dues boles amb la massa. Deixarem reposar durant uns 30 minuts aproximadament, tapades amb un drap.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Preparem una safata de forn amb un paper d&#039;enfornar i posarem una mica d&#039;oli a la taula de treball i amb un corr\u00f3 estirarem una de les boles de massa, sempre des del centre fins als costats, donant-li la forma ovalada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> Dipositarem la massa a la safata ia sobre posarem els cabells d&#039;\u00e0ngel ben distribu\u00efts per sobre. Estirarem l&#039;altra bola i la posarem per sobre, procurant que quedi igual que la de baix.
