Aquestes Orelles de Carnaval queden molt cruixents i empolvorades amb sucre m\u00f2lt estan bon\u00edssimes. Aigua temperada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de Taronja<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ratlladura de Llimona<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pessic de Sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sucre m\u00f2lt (glas)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli de Gira-sol per fregir<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posem en un bol l&#039;ou, l&#039;an\u00eds, el pessic de sal, la ratlladura de taronja i llimona, la mantega de porc, el sucre i l&#039;aigua t\u00e8bia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ho remenem tot amb un batedor fins que estigui totalment integrat. Es pot fer amb les varetes el\u00e8ctriques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim la farina en dues o tres vegades i seguim remenant perqu\u00e8 quedi ben pastat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan la massa es desprengui de les parets del bol posarem la massa a la taula de treball i pastarem una mica m\u00e9s a m\u00e0. Deixarem reposar la massa dins del bol durant uns 30 minuts tapada amb paper film.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem oli damunt la taula de treball i amb una mica de massa farem una bola i amb el corr\u00f3 untat d&#039;oli l&#039;estendrem, ha de quedar molt fina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb un ganivet farem petites porcions procurant donar-los una forma d&#039;orella.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem una paella fonda al foc amb molt d&#039;oli de gira-sol. Per saber si l&#039;oli ja est\u00e0 a punt per fregir farem una mica de massa i ho comprovarem. Fregirem les orelles pels dos costats procurant que no es cremin.
