Queda riqu\u00edssim. Patates<\/li><li>3 Dents d&#039;All<\/li><li>4 Talls de Beicon<\/li><li>100 grs. Panceta Ib\u00e8rica<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pelem la col i tallem les fulles traient el tronc central de les fulles. Pelem tamb\u00e9 les patates i les tallem a trossos grans. Renteu la col i les patates.<\/li><li>Posem dues olles al foc amb aigua i quan comenci a bullir hi afegim la sal. En una olla courem la col durant uns 15\/20 minuts ia l&#039;altra bullirem les patates m\u00e9s o menys el mateix temps, fins que estiguin tendres.<\/li><li>Escorrem les patates i les passem a una plata.<\/li><li>Escorrerem la col i aixafarem perqu\u00e8 deixi anar tota l&#039;aigua ja que en coure-la absorbeix gran quantitat d&#039;aigua. Les afegim a la font.<\/li><li>Amb una forquilla aixafarem la col i les patates. Si queda alguna ensopegada no passa res.<\/li><li>Tallem els alls a discos i la cansalada a quadradets petits.<\/li><li>Posem una paella gran al foc amb una mica d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva i hi afegim els alls laminats. Abans que es daurin els alls afegim la cansalada i remenem amb cura fins que es dauri la cansalada.<\/li><li>Tot seguit afegim la col i patata i barregem. Fregim com si fos una truita. Courem per un costat i donarem la volta. Fregirem per l&#039;altra banda.<\/li><li>En una altra paella torrarem els talls de bac\u00f3 fins que estiguin ben cruixents.
