Xai (Coll, Faldilla, Espatlla)<\/li><li>1 Ceba gran<\/li><li>1 Pastanaga<\/li><li>2 Pebrots verds petits<\/li><li>3 Alls<\/li><li>2 Tom\u00e0quets grans<\/li><li>Llorer, Farigola i Romero<\/li><li>1 culleradeta de Nou Moscada<\/li><li>1 Gla\u00e7 de Caldo de Carn<\/li><li>1 cullerada de Farina<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li><li>Patates al gust<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Pelem i piquem els alls, la ceba i la pastanaga. Tallem a quadradets els pebrots verds. Pelem els tom\u00e0quets i els tallem tamb\u00e9 petits. Reservem.<\/li><li>El xai ha d&#039;estar trossejat petit. Salpebrem els trossos de xai pels dos costats.<\/li><li>En una cassola amb l&#039;oli ben calent fregim el xai que hem enfarinat pels dos costats. Reservem.<\/li><li>Al mateix oli i amb el foc baix sofregim els alls, la ceba i la pastanaga durant uns 3 minuts. Afegim els pebrots i sofregim durant uns 5 minuts aproximadament. Tot seguit afegim el tom\u00e0quet i cuinem durant uns 7 minuts aproximadament.<\/li><li>Afegim la cullerada de farina i remenem perqu\u00e8 es cogui una mica la farina.<\/li><li>Si la cassola ens sembla petita passem el sofregit a una cassola m\u00e9s gran i aix\u00ed es cour\u00e0 millor la caldereta. Afegim la carn i remourem. Hi afegim el vi blanc i deixarem que evapori una mica l&#039;alcohol.<\/li><li>Afegirem el llorer, la farigola, la branca de roman\u00ed, la nou moscada i el gla\u00e7\u00f3 de brou de carn.<\/li><li>A continuaci\u00f3 tirem for\u00e7a quantitat d&#039;aigua bullint. Remenem i taparem la cassola. Courem durant uns 45 minuts amb el foc baix. Si cal afegirem m\u00e9s aigua bullint.<\/li><li>Fregim les patates tallades a daus en abundant oli. Les reservem sobre paper absorbent de cuina perqu\u00e8 deixin anar l&#039;exc\u00e9s d&#039;oli.<\/li><li>Afegim les patates a la caldereta i cuinem durant uns 10 minuts m\u00e9s.
