Llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 ml. Nata per muntar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Cacau pur en pols<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>75 grs. Sucre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 fulles Gelatina neutra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per fer la gelatina de vainilla:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>300 ml. Nata per muntar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>100 grs. Llet condensada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 cullerades soperes de Vainilla liquida<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4 fulles Gelatina neutra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Per fer la gelatina de vainilla comen\u00e7arem a hidratar 4 fulles de gelatina amb aigua freda durant 5 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem la nata per muntar en un cass\u00f3 i abans que comenci a bullir apaguem el foc i afegim la gelatina ben escorreguda i la barregem fins que quedi ben integrada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passem la nata a un bol i hi afegim la vainilla l\u00edquida i la llet condensada. Batem amb un batedor manual fins que quedi ben integrat tot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farem servir uns motlles de silicona en forma de cor i els omplirem fins a la meitat amb la barreja de vainilla. Deixarem al frigor\u00edfic fins que qualli la gelatina, m\u00e9s o menys 45 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per fer la gelatina de xocolata comen\u00e7arem hidratant les 4 fulles de gelatina restants en aigua freda durant 5 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb la llet i el sucre. Remenarem una mica i quan comenci a bullir apaguem el foc i afegim la gelatina ben escorreguda. Remenem perqu\u00e8 quedi ben integrada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Passem la llet a un bol i afegim el cacau en pols i remenem fins que s&#039;integri b\u00e9. Hi afegim la nata i batem fins que quedi tot ben barrejat. Deixarem entebeir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Acabarem d&#039;omplir fins a la vora els motlles i els deixarem al frigor\u00edfic durant unes 3 o 4 hores com a m\u00ednim.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per desemmotllar amb m\u00e9s facilitat introduirem els motlles amb aigua ben calenta i els deixarem durant uns dos minuts.
