Espaguetis<\/li><li>400 grs. carn de Vedella picada<\/li><li>1 Ceba<\/li><li>400 grs. Salsa de Tom\u00e0quet Fregit<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Orenga<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li><li>Formatge ratllat<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Piquem la ceba ben petiteta. Sofregiu-los en una paella amb oli d&#039;oliva. Ha de quedar transparent.<\/li><li>Afegim la carn de vedella i la barregem b\u00e9 amb la ceba. Fregirem la carn amb el foc baix.  Salpebrem i afegim l&#039;orenga<\/li><li>A continuaci\u00f3 posem la salsa de tom\u00e0quet i ho cuinem tot junt durant uns cinc minuts amb el foc baix.<\/li><li>Posem una olla gran al foc amb aigua abundant i quan estigui bullint afegirem la sal i seguidament els espaguetis i un rajol\u00ed d&#039;oli i bullirem els espaguetis al dente seguint les indicacions del fabricant de la pasta.<\/li><li>Escorrerem la pasta i la refrescarem amb aigua freda.<\/li><li>Servirem la pasta amb la salsa Bolonyesa molt calenta per sobre i acompanyarem formatge ratllat per sobre.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us aconsello que veieu el nostre v\u00eddeo d&#039;Espaguetis a la Bolonyesa per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot el que he explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Espaguetis a la Bolo\u00f1esa una receta de pasta conocida en todo el mundo y que se prepara f\u00e1cilmente.
