A mi m&#039;ho va ensenyar la meva \u00e0via i em transporta a la inf\u00e0ncia. Ametlles Torrades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 grs. Pinyons<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Dents d&#039;All<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Julivert<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Farina per enfarinar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tallem i ratllem els tom\u00e0quets madurs. Afegim una mica de sucre per treure l&#039;acidesa del tom\u00e0quet. Remenem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem oli d&#039;oliva en una paella i quan estigui calent fregim les llesques de pa pels dos costats. Reservem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fregim lleugerament els escamarlans. A continuaci\u00f3 salem i enfarinem el llu\u00e7. Donem uns copets per treure l&#039;exc\u00e9s de farina i les fregim pels dos costats. Han de quedar daurades.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aprofitem una mica de l&#039;oli del fregit per fer la salsa de tom\u00e0quet. Quan l&#039;oli estigui calent afegirem el tom\u00e0quet ratllat i sofregirem fins que el tom\u00e0quet quedi fregit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En un morter hi posem les dents d&#039;all tallades i una mica de sal. Piquem fins que quedi una pasta, afegim les llesques de pa fregit i aixafem tamb\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 hi afegim les ametlles i els pinyons. Piquem b\u00e9 i despr\u00e9s posarem el julivert tallat a trossets i acabarem de picar tots els ingredients. Han de quedar ben aixafats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem en una cassola la salsa de tom\u00e0quet i hi afegim una mica d&#039;aigua. Afegim la picada o picada i remenem perqu\u00e8 quedi tot ben integrat. Hi afegim una mica de pebre i sal, si cal.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim les rodanxes de llu\u00e7 i coem amb el foc molt baix durant uns 10 minuts. Afegim m\u00e9s aigua si cal i movem la cassola vigilant no es trenqui el llu\u00e7.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finalment afegirem els escamarlans i courem uns 5 minuts m\u00e9s.
