Nata per cuinar (Crema de Llet)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>50 grs. Mantega<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sal i Pebre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 llauna d&#039;Esp\u00e0rrecs en conserva<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Picatossos al gust<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Rentarem i tallarem la part blanca dels esp\u00e0rrecs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>En una cassola hi posem la mantega i un rajol\u00ed d&#039;oli d&#039;oliva. Quan es fongui la mantega afegirem la ceba tallada petita i sofregirem amb el foc baix durant uns 2 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegim la patata tallada a discos i sofregim 2 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abans que es daurin la patata i la ceba afegim els esp\u00e0rrecs trossejats, una mica de sal i el pebre. Donem unes voltes i sofregim 2 o 3 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hi afegim el brou de pollastre i ho coem durant uns 15 minuts aproximadament fins que vegem que la patata est\u00e0 toveta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3 tirem la nata per cuinar i remenem. Quan torneu a bullir apaguem el foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Batem amb un batedor el\u00e8ctric fins a aconseguir una crema ben fina.
