Avui el Forner d&#039;Alella i la Carmen el preparen acompanyat d&#039;una salsa de xampinyons. Xampinyons<\/li><li>400 ml. Crema de Llet per cuinar<\/li><li>50 grs. Mantega<\/li><li>All i Julivert picats<\/li><li>Oli d&#039;Oliva<\/li><li>Sal i Pebre Negre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Posem els talls de Beicon al voltant del filet i el lliguem amb un cordill alimentari. Reservem.<\/li><li>Trossegem uns 150 grs. de xampinyons.<\/li><li>En una paella hi posem oli d&#039;oliva i quan estigui calent sofregim la ceba picada durant uns 3 minuts. Hi afegim els xampinyons trossejats, la sal i el pebre. Remenarem i fregirem tot junt fins que els xampinyons hagin deixat anar tota l&#039;aigua.<\/li><li>Hi afegim l&#039;all i el julivert picat. Donem unes voltes i posem la nata per cuinar i remenem fins que estigui tot ben barrejat. Coem durant uns 3 minuts m\u00e9s remenant perqu\u00e8 no se&#039;ns enganxi. Apaguem el foc.<\/li><li>Saltegem la resta de xampinyons que poden ser sencers o trossejats al gust vostre. Posem una mica d&#039;oli i la meitat de la mantega en una paella i quan estigui fosa afegirem els xampinyons. Salpebrarem. Taparem la paella perqu\u00e8 els xampinyons treguin tota la seva aigua. Despr\u00e9s destaparem la paella i hi afegirem l&#039;all i julivert picats.<\/li><li>Fregim les llesques de pa pels dos costats. Les guardarem sobre paper absorbent.<\/li><li>Posem una paella al foc i quan estigui ben calent posem un trosset de mantega i rostim la carn al nostre gust. \u00c9s important fer-ho amb el foc ben alt perqu\u00e8 quedi torrada per sobre i al punt per dins. Dep\u00e8n del vostre gust. El filet el salarem quan ja estigui cuit.<\/li><li>Triturem la salsa de xampinyons fins que quedi ben batut. Si la salsa queda massa espessa, es pot afegir una mica de crema de llet o llet directament.<\/li><li>Traiem el cordill del filet. Posem en un plat la llesca de pa, a sobre el filet i ho cobrim amb la salsa de xampinyons.
