Carn de Vedella a trossos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 grs. Tom\u00e0quet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 grs. Ceba<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. Pastanaga<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grs. P\u00e8sols congelats<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>900 grs. Patates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 ml. An\u00eds Marie Brizard<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 ml. Ron Negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Ramet compost (orenga, llorer i farigola)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 Gla\u00e7 de brou de Carn<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>30 grs. Xocolata negra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oli d&#039;oliva, sal, pebre negre<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aigua<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tallarem la ceba i el tom\u00e0quet a trossos. La pastanaga la tallarem a discos. Reservarem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem oli d&#039;oliva en una cassola i quan estigui bullint hi posarem la carn. La sal i el pebre la posarem despr\u00e9s. S&#039;ha de sofregir r\u00e0pidament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop tingui color, hi afegirem les verdures que ten\u00edem reservades i ho deixarem sofregir tot junt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan les verdures estiguin tendres hi afegirem l&#039;an\u00eds i el rom negre. Deixarem que evapori l&#039;alcohol.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afegirem la xocolata, la pastilla de brou de carn esmicolada, i el ramet compost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abocarem a la cassola l&#039;aigua que ha d&#039;estar bullint perqu\u00e8 la carn no s&#039;endureixi.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deixarem estofar a foc lent fins que la carn estigui tendra. Podem anar afegint aigua si cal, per\u00f2 sempre bullint.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan la carn estigui tendra hi afegim la sal i el pebre negre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pelem les patates a trossos i les tirem a l&#039;estofat juntament amb els p\u00e8sols i ho deixarem coure tot junt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cal controlar sempre que hi hagi prou aigua.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Un cop estiguin tendres les patates, podem apagar el foc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conv\u00e9 deixar reposar l&#039;estofat durant uns 10 minuts abans de servir-lo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Us recomano veieu el v\u00eddeo de l&#039;Estofat de carn amb patates, per a una millor comprensi\u00f3 de tot all\u00f2 explicat.<\/b><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hoy cocinaremos un Estofado de Carne de Ternera con Patatas, Guisantes y Zanahoria.
