Crema Pastissera<\/li><li>100 grs. Pinyons<\/li><li>Sucre<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Elaboraci\u00f3<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Posarem els pinyons amb aigua, durant uns 20 minuts perqu\u00e8 s&#039;estovin i no es cremin al forn. Els escorrerem.<\/li><li>A la safata del forn hi posarem un paper de fornejar ia sobre una massa de pasta de full.<\/li><li>Estendrem la massa de pasta de full i l&#039;aplanarem amb el corr\u00f3.<\/li><li>A sobre li posarem la crema pastissera que la repartirem per tota la base de la massa, deixant sense posar crema, un cent\u00edmetre per cada costat de la massa.<\/li><li>Estendrem l&#039;altra massa de pasta de full i l&#039;aplanarem tamb\u00e9, procurant que quedi de la mateixa mesura que la primera.<\/li><li>Amb aquesta massa taparem la crema i apretarem suaument perqu\u00e8 quedi enganxada.<\/li><li>Amb un ganivet sense punta, tancarem totes les vores, donant-li una forma ondulada, perqu\u00e8 no surti la crema.<\/li><li>Escampem els pinyons per sobre procurant que quedin ben repartits i hi afegim sucre abundant per tota la superf\u00edcie.<\/li><li>Hem preescalfat el forn a 200 \u00ba cent\u00edgrads per dalt i baix i courem la coca durant uns 30 minuts aproximadament, controlant que no es cremin les puntes.
