Nata per muntar al 35% mat\u00e8ria greix<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 grs. Iogurts de Pinya<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 Cullerades soperes de Llet Condensada<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rom Negre (opcional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Per cobrir el past\u00eds:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>2 Fulles de Gelatina Neutra<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suc de la Pinya<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ELABORACI\u00d3:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Utilitzarem un c\u00e8rcol desemmotllable d&#039;uns 24 cent\u00edmetres de di\u00e0metre amb un plat a sota on ja podrem servir el nostre past\u00eds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posem en un bol una mica del suc de la pinya juntament amb el rom negre i barregem. Mullem les soletes al l\u00edquid i cobrim totalment la base.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hidratem les fulles de gelatina en aigua freda durant 5 minuts. Posem un cass\u00f3 al foc amb una mica del suc de la pinya i quan comenci a bullir afegim la gelatina ben escorreguda. Apaguem el foc i remenem per barrejar b\u00e9 la gelatina. Deixarem entebeir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Amb unes varetes el\u00e8ctriques muntem la nata que ha d&#039;estar molt freda. Hi afegim els iogurts i la llet condensada. Remenem amb moviments envoltants perqu\u00e8 no baixi la nata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tallem ben petitetes unes rodanxes de pinya. Afegim la pinya a la barreja i tamb\u00e9 la gelatina. Remenarem amb cura fins que quedi ben integrat.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Posarem unes rodanxes de pinya al voltant del c\u00e8rcol i omplirem el motlle amb la barreja preparada.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A sobre de la mousse posarem, a tall de decoraci\u00f3, unes rodanxes de pinya tallades per la meitat i una sencera al centre. Reservem el past\u00eds al frigor\u00edfic durant uns 60 minuts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per cobrir el past\u00eds preparem una gelatina de pinya. Hidratem 2 fulles de gelatina neutra en un bol amb aigua freda durant 5 minuts. Escalfem en un cass\u00f3 una mica del suc de la pinya i abans que bulli, hi afegim la gelatina ben escorreguda. Apaguem el foc i remenem fins que s&#039;hagi dissolt totalment la gelatina.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quan la gelatina estigui t\u00e8bia cobrirem el past\u00eds i deixarem la nostra mousse durant unes 4 hores al frigor\u00edfic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abans de servir el past\u00eds traiem el c\u00e8rcol amb molt de compte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-heading\"><b>Us aconsello que veieu el
